  7. What assets or financial resources do you currently have available (such as retirement accounts or investment income)?
  8. What obligations (such as caring for young children, health limitations) affect your ability to work?
  9. Do you have a current medical condition or disability that affects your earning ability?
  10. If you are requesting spousal support, what amount and duration do you believe are appropriate and why?
  11. Are you receiving support from any third party that affects your financial need?
  12. Have you contributed to the education, training, or career advancement of your spouse during the marriage?
  13. Are there tax consequences that should be considered in the determination of spousal support?
  14. Have you remarried or begun cohabitating with another adult?
