Acceptance of Terms of Use
Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC provides online services and websites to you (“User”), subject to this Terms of Service Agreement (“TOS”). Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC reserves the right to alter the TOS at any time without notice to User. By using the Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC websites, located at the URL Navigator.MyModernLaw.com (“Websites”), User agrees to abide by this TOS.
Online Services and Disclaimer of Warranty
Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC provides online family law coaching resources including, but not limited to, courses, webinars, templates, a closed community, and live Q&A. All coaching services are informational only and are not a substitute for legal advice. Members of Modern Divorce Navigator are not clients of any practitioner associated with Modern Divorce Navigator. Any new services, resources, or informational content added to the Websites shall fall under the terms of this TOS.
The online resources, informational content, and software on the Websites are provided “AS IS,” AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATIONAL CONTENT. Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC assumes no responsibility for any data loss or other loss suffered by any User of the Websites. User is fully responsible for maintaining their computer equipment and Internet access to use the Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC Websites. There is no guarantee on the outcome of your case. Modern Divorce Navigator is NOT a substitute for legal advice or representation. It is a tool to help you represent yourself only.
Payments
Membership payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Upon becoming a member, it is your responsibility to utilize the resources and apply the skills and coaching to your case.
Registration
Certain areas of the Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC Websites are accessible only to registered Users/Subscribers. Any User registering/subscribing for such services agrees to provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC reserves the right to terminate the access of any User who provides false or misleading information during registration. ALL REGISTERED USERS MUST BE OF LEGAL AGE TO REGISTER. Children under the age of 18 must register under the strict supervision of a legal guardian.
User/Subscriber Account
Users must select a username and password during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and must notify Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC at navigator@mymodernlaw.com if their credentials are compromised. Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a User’s failure to maintain confidentiality.
User Conduct
User agrees not to use the Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC Websites for unlawful purposes or to:
- Upload, post, or transmit illegal or objectionable content;
- Violate intellectual property rights;
- Impersonate others or engage in fraudulent activity;
- Introduce harmful software or viruses.
Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of this TOS.
Termination of User Account
Modern Divorce Navigator, LLC may terminate a User’s account at its discretion for any reason. Termination does not entitle Users to a refund.
No Warranties
THE INFORMATION AND CONTENT PROVIDED ARE “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
